How to change the service time (average time per stop)?
Since you are the app user, no need for authorization from the dispatch manager in order to change service time. Here is how you can change a service time from the app.
- Login into the driver app.

Tap on the burger (☰) menu.

Go to settings and select the first option “Time Settings for Route Planning”.

Then, set the average time per stop.
However, if you want to change the time window for a specific route, you can do it as shown below

My Routes > Menu options > Edit route > “Time Settings for Route Planning”.
